How will these side-by-side fins work when the wave comes from the sides or the back of the ship? The foil of the fins is designed for it to be aimed forward, if the wave came from behind it will just get dissipated and not move the fins in either direction. The boat also has what appears to be rigging for sails, does it get a jib and main or just a main sail? If it uses the sail system and heels, the fins would be out of the water and if moved by the waves while under sail it could create instability that could cause a capsizing.
