Icebreaker has just released a new line of ultralight merino wool performance wear called Superfine190.
The Superfine range uses a smooth, soft wool to create a “cool wool” quality — intended for summer and lightweight warmth when it gets cold.
It’s hard to believe these tops are woven from wool, they are so thin. The “190″ in the name refers to the metric weight of the weave: 190g/m2.
The Superfine190 range will not be available in the U.S. until March 2005, you can however order them from New Zealand through Outdoor Sports.
The “Stripper 2005″ mid-layer pictured here is priced at $66.
Available from: Outdoor Sports (New Zealand)
