I heard of raw foods having higher levels of enzymes than cooked foods, but is truly more beneficial for you or is it just raw foodist propaganda? Also I heard that eating enough raw cacao can get you stoned which is why the Mayas/Incas/Toltecs/whatever ate them in the first place.
