		<description>Very nice design. However, I beleive you should have found another matrial for the support rather than the steel bars, since they require lot of maintenance and they are not very eco-freindly.</description>

If it were indeed to be used to light the streets, it would have to be bright enough to SAFELY illuminate the area.
