		<description>According to an article in Sierra Magazine (Published by the Sierra Club), safe substitutes are good old cast iron (which I’ve wanted to switch to for a while, some serious cooks have been telling me it’s the only way to cook), or stainless steel (unless you are allergic to Nickel).</description>
