We love this product! The design is phenomenal, the quality of function is good, but the customer service from AquaOvo leaves much to be desired. I think the company is going through growing pains, because we ordered our filter in April, were told it would be shipped in July due to back orders, but didn't receive it until mid September. Each phone call from July to September (we called three times) to check on our status, we were told: it will ship in two weeks... 7 weeks later, it was finally shipped. The directions for assembly are a rough translation from Quebecois French, so they were not terribly helpful, and the magnetic gauge was broken upon arrival. We haven't yet received our replacement gauge a month later. Also, if the water level dips below the filter for too long, and the filter dries at all, you have to soak it for several hours to regain your filtering speed again, which effectively reduces the functional volume of your reservoir, as you can't let it drop down fully.

All in all, a gorgeous and well functioning product, we love it and our clean water tastes fantastic.

Here's our grade: Product: A; Customer Service: C-.
